Of course we can't afford seasoned engineers answering chat 24hr/day, but nevertheless Joseph, Janelle, and Jason can probably help at least point you in the right direction 75% of the time.
For everything they can't help with they will open a ticket for you, which will be addressed ~<24 hours by an engineer - typically Tim, Mark, and/or Jonathan.
We would like to do even better, and we need your help.
